Refund policy

At NEACTIVEWEAR, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. We believe that trying on your product and ensuring it meets your expectations is essential, which is why we offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from your purchase date to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return. If an item is returned in a condition different from how it was originally sent, we will be unable to process a refund. The item(s) will be returned to you at your own expense.

We do not provide free returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must use a tracked and signed for postage option, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
