When will my order arrive?

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of purchase. We ship all orders via Royal Mail Tracked 24, which aims to deliver on the next working day after dispatch and includes full tracking. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of your purchase. Items must be returned unworn, unused, with tags still attached, and in their original packaging. Returns showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be refunded and will be sent back at your own expense.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and items must be sent using a tracked and signed-for service. To request a return or for any questions, please contact us at neactivewear@yahoo.com.

Are all your items authentic?

Yes - all of our items are 100% authentic. We take great pride in sourcing, purchasing, and shipping only genuine products and never deal with counterfeits. All items are carefully sourced from verified suppliers, with the majority purchased directly from Nike, ensuring complete authenticity with every order.

Are the items you sell new or used?

All items we sell are brand new. Some products are sourced directly from Nike and may have been briefly tried on in-store. For footwear, this means they may arrive in a new original box but without a lid, which is a standard indicator of stock that was part of a sale. Any item missing a box lid will be clearly stated in the product description. This does not affect the condition of the item, which remains unused and in pristine condition.
